Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based Role San Antonio, TX | 2026-2027 School Year Shape Positive Outcomes for Students Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district in San Antonio for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule and the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to support student success. Role Overview In this position, you will develop and oversee behavior intervention strategies for students with diverse needs. You'll work closely with school staff to create structured, supportive learning environments that promote positive behavior.
