Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$50-$60/hr •$10,000 Sign- On Bonus•
Job Description:
As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a team of therapists to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, Skill Acquisition Assessments) Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Train and mentor RBTs and other staff members How to
