As a Behavior Technician and Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in the home. ```Responsibilities```
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach and reinforce positive behaviors
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Monitor and document client responses to interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Active and valid RBT credentials for RBT position and previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities for BT position.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
