Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth in a collaborative school setting during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract opportunity, located near Iola, TX, is perfect for dedicated professionals drawn to the rewarding world of education and behavioral support. Highlights of the role include:
Monday-Friday schedule, typically 7:15 AM-3:30 PM (with some flexibility) Engagement with classroom activities, facilitating daily routines, and implementing behavior intervention strategies and support plans Providing one-on-one or small group behavioral, instructional, and social-emotional support to help students thrive both academically and personally Active collaboration with teachers, therapists, administrators, and student support specialists to cultivate a safe, structured learning environment Promoting positive student engagement, effective participation, and student well-being throughout the school year Preferred qualifications: Experience in school settings, ABA, behavioral health, or related environments is valued CPI certification, Safety-Care training, or de-escalation skills are highly desirable Current or prior Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills Demonstrated dependability, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs This opportunity comes with competitive hourly pay ranging from $20-$26, based on your experience, plus weekly direct deposit.
