In-Home and Telehealth Services Pay:

About the Role As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)•Level 2 , you will deliver 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy in the client's home or via telehealth. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA. Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions. Communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing supervision. Assist in developing and refining treatment materials. Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all client interactions. Qualifications Active RBT certification from the BACB (required). Minimum 1 year of ABA experience (preferred). High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, kneel, and engage in active play. Must pass background check and maintain CPR certification. Schedule Flexible scheduling (daytime, after-school, or early evening hours). Full-time (30-40 hours/week) and part-time (10-25 hours/week) available.
