Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your voice matters here and we're committed to helping you find your clinical niche. Key Responsibilities Maintain active BCBA certification and licensure. Manage a caseload of 28-30 billable hours per week. Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and functional goals. Mentor and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates. Train and support caregivers in implementing behavioral strategies. Ensure treatment plans meet ethical, clinical, and funding-source standards. Collect and analyze behavior data to guide clinical decisions. Conduct service reviews and make treatment modifications as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across OT, PT, ST, and Counseling. Deliver training workshops, in-services, and team development sessions. Support crisis interventions and consult on high-risk cases. Maintain organized documentation and records. Promote a positive public image and advocate for comprehensive client care. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification and Skill Requirements Master's degree in education, psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field. Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Valid driver's license. 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to participate in physical and play-based therapies. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
