Flexible Scheduling :
Part-time hours available (4+ hours or less per day) depending on client's need.
Core Responsibilities:
Implement treatment and behavior reduction plans developed by a QBA/LBA. Work direct 1:1 in client homes. Accurately collect and record data on client progress. Engage clients in a fun, natural environment, and play-based setting. Maintain open communication with your supervisor and client families. Minimum Requirements for
Job Application:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or College degree. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass background checks required by Federal and State. Must have Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. A passion for working with children, teens, and a willingness to learn evidence-based treatment in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior experience in child-care services, is a plus Knowledge in Mental health, Psychology, and ABA Therapy are all ++ Compensation (W2) Currently certified Behavior Technicians
  • $21•$23 / Hour Reimbursable mileage and drive time between clients•70 cents/mile + wage.
