We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients across clinic, home, and community settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans designed by a BCBA, teach functional communication, social, and adaptive skills, and collect accurate data to track client progress. You will maintain strict confidentiality standards, uphold ethical guidelines, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure consistency in care and positive outcomes. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, organized, and able to remain calm during behavioral challenges, with a strong willingness to learn and apply feedback. This position requires full-time weekday availability (8:30am-5:30pm), the ability to travel within a designated service area, and a commitment to creating a positive, engaging environment for clients and team members alike.
