Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavior change, support patient care, and promote meaningful progress through evidence-based practices. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate support. Duties Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and strengths Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff in delivering effective interventions Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient evaluations to refine treatment goals Qualifications Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education strategies Excellent skills in data collection, patient assessment, and medical documentation processes Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities in various settings such as clinics, schools, or homes Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families Join us in making a meaningful difference! Pay:
$92,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
