Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary:
$80,000-$95,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities About Super Power ABA Super Power ABA is the ABA division of an established multi-location psychology practice serving families throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our unique model combines the expertise and stability of a successful psychology practice with a growing, clinician-focused ABA program dedicated to providing high-quality in-home services. We are seeking a passionate BCBA who is committed to clinical excellence, values collaboration with families, and wants to be part of building something special. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Clinical Director while helping shape the future of a growing ABA program. Position Overview The BCBA will provide clinical oversight for a caseload of in-home ABA clients throughout the DFW area. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, training caregivers, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. Unlike larger organizations where BCBAs often manage overwhelming caseloads, we are committed to maintaining reasonable caseload expectations that allow clinicians to focus on quality care, meaningful family relationships, and professional growth. Clinical quality is prioritized over volume, and we believe excellent outcomes begin with supporting our clinicians. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions Train and support parents and caregivers Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, schools, outside therapies, and other providers as appropriate Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation Maintain compliance with BACB, payer, and company standards Participate in team meetings, training, and program development initiatives Qualifications BCBA certification in good standing Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum of one year of BCBA experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care Reliable transportation for travel within the DFW area Benefits Medical insurance with PPO and HMO options Dental insurance Vision insurance HSA and FSA options 401(k) with 5% company match Paid vacation and sick time Short-term and long-term disability insurance Professional development support Paid CEUs and license renewal assistance Opportunities for advancement into senior clinical and leadership roles Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Compensation for drive time between client locations Compensation In addition to salary, this position offers quarterly performance bonuses that are generally around $6,000, but can be more or less.
