Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this vital role, you will develop and oversee behavioral intervention plans tailored to children with developmental disabilities, including autism. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote positive outcomes through evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA). This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. This is a contract position starting 10 hours per week once plan is in place t would be a monthly overvew of required therapy. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with developmental disabilities, including diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments, to determine individualized intervention needs. Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring they meet each child's unique requirements. Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate data on behavioral progress using medical documentation standards while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy. Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers, educators, and team members on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate intake processes, develop treatment goals, and monitor progress across settings such as home, school, or clinical environments. Ensure compliance with all medical records management protocols and maintain detailed documentation of services provided. Advocate for best practices in behavioral health by staying current with industry standards and participating in professional development opportunities. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions. Ability to conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations accurately. Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management. Excellent communication skills for training families, educators, and team members effectively.
