Compensation & Incentives Co mpetitive
Salary :
Compensation range of $90,000
- $102,000 , based on experience and clinical expertise.
Performance Bonuses:
Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded.
Paid Time Off :
20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance.
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
Retention Bonus Program:
Up to $40,000 in long-term retention incentives
Relocation Assistance:
Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications Prof es sional
Development & Support Structured BCBA Onboarding:
A customized virtual orientation plus 6 weeks of supported ramp-up training designed to set you up for long-term success.
Ongoing Clinical Development:
Free internal CEUs, 30+ annual CEU hours, established clinical frameworks, and automated clinical tools that reduce administrative burden.
Licensure & Supervision Support:
Company-paid BCBA state licensure renewal and 8-hour supervision training.
