Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time In-Home & In-Clinic ABA Services Rising Spurs is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for a client in Fort Worth, TX. Services will take place both in-home and at the clinic . We are looking for dependable professionals who are committed to supporting children with autism through evidence-based intervention.

Position Details Service Area:

Waxahachie, TX 75167 (in-home)

Hours Authorized:

25 hours per week

Work Schedule:

Tuesday through Friday, availability ( 4pm - 9pm) , Saturday ( 9am-2 pm) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Accurately record session data and complete daily documentation Prepare materials and activities for sessions Communicate professionally with families and collaborate on goals Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) RBT certification (preferred; training support available) Reliable transportation for in-home and clinic-based services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in working with children with developmental differences

Compensation & Work Environment Pay Rate:
