• Position Overview As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a vibrant, team-oriented clinic — not alone in someone's home.

You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA who's physically present and accessible, implement individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful skills with your clients in a space that's purpose-built for therapy. • Responsibilities Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET) Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem-solving Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)•Requirements Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support) High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred) Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection Strong communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance Ready to Take Off?
