Job Summary:
At Cedar Tree ABA, we are committed to providing personalized care to each of our clients. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in implementing treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team and provide ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs with guidance and supervision Prepare for each therapy session by reviewing client files, gathering necessary materials, and understanding session structure Arrive on time and interact with clients as indicated in the treatment plan for the duration of the session Establish and maintain a paired relationship with clients Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPPA requirements
