Full Job Description Behavior Technician:
Come work at our clinic in Draper! We provide ABA therapy for kids with autism (ages 2-21). We provide all the training for our staff as well as have support from multiple on-site BCBAs.
Schedule:
Looking for Part-time/Full-time staff to fill in on the listed times below. Opportunities to increase to full-time hours in the future are available. We work on a block schedule meaning we are looking for staff who can commit to both sessions listed in either one and/or up to all the blocks listed.
Morning block:
Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays, Tuesdays/Thursdays 9-12 Afternoon block: Monday/Wednesdays/Friday, Tuesdays/Thursdays 12-3 (or 12:30-3:30) Evening block: Monday/Wednesdays, Tuesdays/Thursdays (3:30-6:30)
- No evenings on Fridays
- Evening sessions get an increase $3 hourly pay
Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies
- Conduct assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
- Be willing to take the RBT exam within 90 days of hire (we will provide all the training)

Part-time/ Full-time Salary:
Training week: $14.50 Training goes for one week from 9-3 M-F.
After training:
$16.50 RBT certification: $18.50 Once you get your RBT we bump you up another $2
