Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. SOS gives hands-on training to our Behavior Technicians. SOS will increase your ABA knowledge through our weekly team training and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to maintain your CPR certification as well as your QBS Safety Care Certification. Staff members get a performance review every 6 months.

Position Overview:

Behavior Technicians have the opportunity to be promoted to Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer. As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations. We can also accommodate BCBA interns and provide supervision hours. If you want to advance your career in the ABA field further, SOS will help you become a BCBA! Job Description:

Full hours Work In The center Monday

• Friday 8:00 am
• 4:00 pm or 10:00 am
• 6:00 pm.

Part-Time Hours:

Work in the center Monday

• Friday, 10:00 am
• 2:00 pm.

Client material creation and preparation. Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA. Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games). Record client data in the software. Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes. Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA. Attend Quarterly in-service pieces of training and team bonding activities. Cleaning duties.

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician. No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

Report to the CEO. Report to the Regional Director. Report to Clinical Director. Report to BCBA.
