Key Responsibilities:
Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed
Qualifications:
Must be 18 Years or older Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits:
