Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent training and caregiver support Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Utah licensure (or ability to obtain) Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Solara?
