Little Champs ABA is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead RBT Trainer to help develop, mentor, and support our team of behavior technicians. This leadership role is ideal for an individual who is dedicated to clinical excellence, staff development, and ensuring high-quality ABA services for the families we serve. Position Summary The Lead RBT Trainer will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, and supporting new and existing RBT team members. This individual will work closely with clinical leadership to ensure that every RBT is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to provide exceptional care. The Lead RBT Trainer will also assist with quality assurance initiatives, performance development, and ongoing professional training programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and conduct onboarding and training programs for new RBT staff. Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and field-based support to each RBT . Conduct competency assessments and skills evaluations. Collaborate with BCBAs and leadership to maintain high standards of clinical care. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Assist with continuing education and professional development opportunities for RBT team members. Support compliance with company policies, Medicaid requirements, BACB standards, and documentation requirements within Central Reach. Help foster a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment. Qualifications Active RBT certification in good standing required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RBT . Central Reach experience required. Previous training, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to client and training locations as needed.
