This energetic position offers afternoon and evening shifts, providing an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through evidence-based behavioral therapy. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and promote positive behavior change in a compassionate and engaging environment. Paid training and ongoing support ensure your success as you grow professionally while helping others thrive. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines, fostering independence and confidence Collect accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions to inform treatment adjustments Support teaching sessions that enhance communication, social skills, and functional life skills tailored to each individual's needs Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with supervisors and team members to develop and update individualized treatment goals and strategies Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages growth, learning, and emotional well-being for clients Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies is advantageous Familiarity with special education settings or patient care environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong organizational skills for data collection, medical documentation, and maintaining accurate records Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families Ability to work flexible afternoon and evening shifts in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and patience
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
