It is designed to promote functional skill development in a calm, supportive space. Position Overview We are seeking a full‑time, salaried BCBA who is energized by collaboration, values integrated care, and wants to help shape a thoughtful, innovative, and client‑centered clinical model. Workload & Caseload Expectations To support clarity and work-life balance, our BCBA role follows a 60% / 40% model : 60% Clinical / Billable Time Direct client observation and assessment Caregiver training Treatment plan updates Supervision of RBTs and BCBA trainees Collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and caregivers Participation in integrated sessions when appropriate 40% Administrative / Non‑Billable Time Documentation and report writing Team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Treatment planning and clinical problem‑solving Professional development Supporting organizational initiatives and program development This structure ensures BCBAs have the time and support needed to deliver high‑quality care without burnout.
