Full‑time & Part‑time Available About Us Integrated Autism Therapies (IAT) is a uniquely supportive and collaborative ABA, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy provider where team members are truly valued. We pride ourselves on exceptional supervision, hands‑on training, and a warm, encouraging environment. Our work takes place in our sensory‑rich clinic and Life Skills Center, as well as in clients' homes. At IAT, you'll work alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech‑Language Pathologists while helping individuals with autism build meaningful skills with dignity, respect, and compassion. Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one‑on‑one therapy to children and teens with autism using evidence‑based practices. You'll help clients develop communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills while being supported by a highly trained clinical team. Responsibilities Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy Collect data and complete SOAP notes Support clients with life skills (potty training, motor skills, emotional regulation, social skills, etc.) Implement behavior goals that promote communication and positive interactions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality

RBT Rate:
$20.00

With training provided, are you comfortable working with adolescents and adults who may require higher levels of support?
