Full Job Description Description:
North Eastern Services provides support for individuals with disabilities. We help those with developmental and physical disabilities to achieve their goals and to become as independent as possible. North Eastern Services is looking for hard-working, fun, outgoing, self-motivated, and responsible people to join our team. Responsibilities Complete daily acquisition skills, maintenance, and mastered skills as directed by BCBA Collect accurate data on a daily basis Complete all data sheets, programming sheets, progress notes, and billing sheets daily Follow behavior plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches Complete all programming requests from BCBAs in a timely manner Adhere to policies and procedures Assist in providing a safe environment for all individuals and support staff. Assist with problem solving to improve efficiency and morale within the settings. Attend daily and/or weekly meetings and training. Assist with Crisis Intervention as needed Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Education (including Special Ed.), Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis are a plus, but not required. Willing to continue in school to obtain certification (BCaBA), or a Master's Degree Must be able to obtain and maintain all required certification
