This includes the implementation of goals developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, independent living skills, and social skills. The RBT will also monitor the progress of goals and work closely with the BCBA and parents/caregivers. Below is a list of common responsibilities that a BT/RBT has with our company. Must have a reliable vehicle. Must be available to work from 2 PM - 7 PM. Must be willing to become RBT within 60 days of hire. (We provide paid training). Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community-based environments . Implement goals developed by BCBAs. Collect data to monitor the client progress. Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on sessions and goals. Assist BCBA with training families on implementing goals and interventions. Participate in bi-monthly company training/meetings (lunch is provided). Ensure that the client is in a safe and positive environment at all times. Writes and submits daily session notes within 24 hours of session end-time. Follows the policies and procedures of DBT.
