Job Description

Overview:
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical quality, integrity, and outcomes of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role provides leadership to BCBAs and clinical staff, ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and drives program development and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Leadership
  • Provides supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Ensure high-quality ABA programming aligned with best practices
  • Review and approve treatment plans, behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and assessments
  • Oversee case assignments and clinical workload distribution
  • Conduct annual TriCare audit 4. Program Development
  • Develop and refine clinical protocols
  • Implement outcome measurement systems (i.
e. evidence-based practices)
Compensation:
Salary plus sign on bonus up to $10,000. Qualifications Master's level credential in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field with BCBA certification preferred Licensed or eligible for licensure as applicable; strong knowledge of HIPAA, medical documentation, and medical terminology Demonstrated ability in performance management, staff training, quality audits, and regulatory compliance Proven track record in program development, clinical implementation, and working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism Proficiency in data collection, behavior interventions, and maintaining accurate medical records
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
