Alexandria, VA Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Alexandria, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism, while enjoying the flexibility of working on a part-time or full-time schedule. With no caseload, you will have the opportunity to focus on your passion for behavioral analysis and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral analyses and assessments to identify goals and objectives for clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' behavioral needs Provide ABA services to clients in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, and school-based environments Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and objectives Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible to pursue certification 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with children with autism Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
