Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team, delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flex schedule environment with no caseload, allowing for a better work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes Provide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with ABA software and electronic documentation systems

Salary:
