Job Summary:
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. As a BCBA at Kids Club ABA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met
Requirements:
BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA or a related field 2+ years of experience working with children with autism Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and teamwork skills
