Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for behavioral health and patient care, with experience or interest in applied behavior analysis and special education.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral therapy interventions as directed by the supervising clinician
• Assist in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation processes
• Provide patient care and support in accordance with established treatment plans
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or education in behavioral health, applied behavior analysis, or related field
• Familiarity with special education practices and principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
