What We're Looking For We don't require prior experience, but we value the following qualities: A sincere interest in supporting children with autism and their families Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Eagerness to learn about ABA and child development High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with children (preferred, but not required) Ability to travel to home-based therapy sessions Ideal Candidate Profile Energetic and enthusiastic about working with children on the autism spectrum Motivated to learn and grow in the ABA field May have previous childcare experience or seeking an entry-level opportunity Available for evening shifts and open to increasing hours over time Key Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions in home-based settings Build strong relationships with clients and their families Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and document behavioral data accurately Equal Opportunity Statement Tiny Steps ABA is an equal opportunity employer.
