Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a leader in this role, you will supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure the highest standards of care. Duties Supervise and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, providing guidance on behavior management strategies and data collection techniques Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators to ensure comprehensive care Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, toileting, and other essential skills Maintain detailed medical documentation, records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality Educate families and caregivers on behavior management techniques and progress updates to promote consistency across environments Experience Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably within behavioral health or special education settings Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior management strategies Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing individualized care plans for clients with autism or related conditions Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance standards Strong skills in data collection, record keeping, and maintaining accurate medical records Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Registered Behavior Technician or similar role is highly desirable Passion for teaching, patient care, and making a positive impact through behavioral therapy Join us in creating an engaging environment where your expertise helps transform lives! Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
