Lynchburg, Virginia Overview Connect Behavioral Health is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . We provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism. This position is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates with degrees in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Developmental Psychology, Communication Studies, Education, Social Work, or related fields to gain valuable hands-on experience working with children and families. It is also a great fit for individuals pursuing a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis who are seeking practical experience and supervision hours toward their professional goals. No RBT certification? No problem—we provide live support and training to help you become certified within your first 90 days.
