• Job Description
• We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students with special needs in a school setting.

In this role, you will work closely with educators, behavioral specialists, and school staff to deliver educational and behavioral services that promote student growth and success. The Behavior Technician plays a key role in implementing behavior plans, supporting classroom instruction, and helping students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Provide one-on-one and classroom-based behavioral support to students + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans + Assist in developing social, communication, and daily living skills + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff + Monitor and document student progress + Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Minimum Requirements
• + High School Diploma or equivalent (required) + Must be at least 18 years old + Minimum of two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred) + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if applicable) + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements To apply email your resume to doschaib@amergis.com or call 813-371-5161
