Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals in McLean, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, while enjoying the flexibility of working on a part-time or full-time basis without a caseload.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism in a clinic setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify target behaviors and goals Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy Maintain accurate records and reports, including data collection and progress tracking Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in
ABA Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly, including part-time or full-time schedules
