Your Role as a

BCBA:

Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians. Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans . Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required!). Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis. Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification (in good standing) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment, Physical Conditions:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB. Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
