Behavior Technician / RBT | Immediate Opening Midlothian Area | Monday-Friday | M - F 12pm-5pm $25-$30/hour | Consistent Schedule | Growth Opportunities EZCare ABA is currently hiring an enthusiastic and dependable Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate weekday opportunity in the Norfolk area! This consistent Monday-Friday role involves working one-on-one with the same client each day, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact. We're seeking someone who brings energy, patience, and a passion for helping children and families succeed. Our sessions are active, relationship-based, and focused on supporting children both at home and in the community—perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, movement-based work and making a positive difference through ABA therapy. What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families Lead engaging, play-based, and movement-focused sessions Support skill development and daily success
What We're Looking For:
Energetic and engaging personality Reliable and consistent with attendance Comfortable with active, play-based sessions Strong communicator with families Passion for helping children grow and succeed Experience in the following is a plus: ABA therapy Youth mentoring Coaching/recreation programs Childcare or education Community-based work with children/adolescents
Requirements:
Active RBT certification (preferred) Reliable transportation Experience working with children (preferred) Professional and dependable attendance
Schedule:
M - F 12pm-5pm
