Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze client data and adjust interventions based on progress Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements Deliver both clinic-based and in-home ABA services Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification (required) Active Virginia LBA (or eligibility to obtain) Ability to travel within assigned region Reliable transportation for hybrid service delivery
