What You'll Do This is an on-site role for a Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) located in Roanoke, VA. The Behavioral Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support behavioral therapy. Daily tasks include observing and recording behavior, reinforcing positive behaviors, and assisting in the development of individualized treatment plans. Additional tasks include maintaining regular communication with supervisors and participating in ongoing training and development sessions, cleaning up after sessions are completed, and assisting with creating materials for use in sessions. What You'll Need High School Diploma or Higher (required) 18 Years or Older (required) Excellent observational and data recording skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and patient demeanor RBT certification ( within 90 days of hire ) Ability to lift or carry 50 + pounds Why Work @ Boundless?
