Join Our Team at Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services LLC - Ashburn, VA Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families? At Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services, we are in need of professionals to provide services in Ashburn, VA and are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide in-home and school-based ABA services in the local community. About the Position As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) , you will provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in: In-home settings School settings within the Ashburn area You will work closely with a BCBA-led clinical team to support skill development in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior reduction.
