Category Schools - RBT -

Full-Time (40 hours/week) W 2

1:1 and small group with Elementary Students Weekly Pay Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group behavior analytic support under the supervision of a BCBA.
Record accurate, real time data to track student progress.
Follow behavior plans, safety plans, and skill building programs aligned with each student's IEP goals.
Work closely with teachers, special educators, and related service providers to reinforce strategies in the classroom.
Use evidence based approaches to help students increase independence and appropriate behaviors.
Uphold BACB ethical standards and school district expectations. Qualifications
Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience in school settings or with children receiving special education services preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and accept ongoing supervision from a BCBA.
Familiarity with IEPs and comfort supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Benefits
