Board Certified Behavior Analyst-BCBA-Virginia Beach-VA

A prestigious organization is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with a strong focus on promoting positive behavior change and skill development. This opportunity offers a part-time start with a pathway to full-time employment, with competitive compensation ranging from $75 $95 per hour. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings. Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans. Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication. Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Active Virginia license or eligibility to obtain one. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong organizational skills. Effective and compassionate communication skills.

Compensation:

$75 $95 per hour.
