https://recruiterflow.com/Ability-Builders/jobs We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental conditions. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a variety of settings including home, school, and clinic. Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA. Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior. Assist in the assessment process through observation and documentation. Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress and any concerns. Attend ongoing training and team meetings as required. Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the BACB. Follow client-specific safety protocols and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (Preferred). Must have active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must be dependable, patient, and flexible. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as sitting on the floor, running, or playing with children. Must pass background check and meet other state-specific compliance requirements.
