Job Description

Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location:
Woodbridge, VA Employment Type:
Part-Time Pay:
Up to $30.00 per hour (based on experience) Work Location In-person sessions at client homes throughout: Woodbridge (We need an older female over 30) Mon to Thu 10:00am
  • 2:00pm Woodbridge (Want someone full time for both these schedules) Mon to Fri 4:30pm
  • 8:30pm Woodbridge (Want someone full time for both these schedules) Mon to Fri 12:00pm
  • 4:00pm About the Role The facility is seeking enthusiastic and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide life-changing therapy services .
Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community-based settings Follow individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA Communicate clearly and professionally with families and clinical supervisors Record and report data consistently to measure treatment progress Qualifications Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences (preferred) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willingness to work flexible, part-time hours What We Offer Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities Interested?
