Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician and play a key role in supporting students' development and success within an educational setting. As a valued part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a positive impact by delivering essential behavior intervention services to children and adolescents. This contract position, situated near Hyde Park, VT, is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering growth and advocating for student achievement.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school environment Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside educators, parents, and other specialists Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity and professionalism Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct implementation of behavior-analytic services under supervision of certified behavior analysts Assist in conducting skill assessments and collecting data to inform individualized plans Support students in developing social, emotional, and adaptive skills using evidence-based strategies Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency and continuity of care Document session notes and progress accurately in accordance with school and ethical standards Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings to uphold exceptional service delivery Benefits of this
