Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a positive impact in the lives of students by bringing your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to a supportive school environment near Morrisville, VT. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid RBT certification Experience providing one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions, preferably in a school setting Strong understanding of ABA principles and implementation Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and families Ability to collect data and maintain accurate documentation Professional, flexible, and compassionate; able to adapt to varied student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with students under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide positive reinforcement and promote skill acquisition Record and report student data to inform instructional decisions Collaborate with teachers and other school staff Assist students with daily activities and routines, fostering a safe and encouraging environment As an RBT in this role, you'll have the chance to see measurable progress and celebrate successes as students overcome challenges and develop new skills.
