Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician working within school settings near scenic Stowe, VT. Make a meaningful difference by supporting students' growth and educational success in a collaborative environment. Bring your experience as an RBT to work with students one-on-one or in small groups, delivering behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Your skills will help foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere while assisting educators and families in promoting students' success.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Prior experience working with children or young adults, especially in educational or behavioral settings Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Comfortable following treatment plans, tracking data, and adapting to evolving needs Collaborative mindset and professionalism within interdisciplinary teams Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students as directed by BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data accurately and efficiently Support students in managing behaviors to improve their learning outcomes Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to reinforce positive behaviors Participate in meetings and training sessions as required by the school or district Provide feedback to supervisors and contribute to ongoing student evaluations Enjoy the satisfaction of making a difference every day as you contribute to a supportive educational environment.
