Job description: BCBA Are you a BCBA that is looking to work at an organization that prioritizes quality services? We would like to add a dynamic and dedicated BCBA or LABA to the team providing services at our center, in-home and at school settings! Our center is bright and newly renovated giving the team and clients a welcoming space to thrive. Sprout Clubhouse provides therapeutic services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, challenging behavior, and developmental delays. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, an evidence-based practice that provides meaningful and effective therapy. ABA therapy programs aim to increase language and social skills and decrease maladaptive behaviors. At Sprout Clubhouse, instructional domains across all our programs include: communication/verbal behavior, self-management skills, social skills, leisure skills, adaptive skills, prevocational skills, and managing challenging behaviors. www.sproutclubhouse.com Our BCBAs are provided full-time hours. We offer competitive pay that is commensurate with experience in the field, reimbursement for BCBA and LBA certification/renewals, and generous reimbursement for continuing education. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Washington (or ability to become licensed prior to start date) 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism Preferred Qualifications 3+ years working as a BCBA Experience working in a clinic setting and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals Experience working with clients who utilize Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) Experience conducting FBAs, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, and managing challenging behaviors Experience leading and managing a team of RBTs, Behavior Technicians, Behavior Aides Experience conducting behavior analytics assessments including:
VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS BCBA
Responsibilities Conduct assessments and reassessments as needed Develop, write, implement, and update Treatment Plans Evaluate client progress and make changes to interventions as needed utilizing data collection application (Central Reach) Demonstrate mastery of basic and advanced behavior analytic principles and teaching methods Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses as needed and write corresponding Behavior Intervention Plans Provide direct supervision and crisis management when challenging behaviors occur Conduct regular individualized parent/caregiver training Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to a team of Behavior Technicians (CBTs) Collaborate with clients' related service providers and/or other ABA service providers Independently seek out professional development opportunities Keep track of billable hours, maintain SOAP notes, and maintain familiarity with billable expectations with the support of the
