About Us:
River City Behavioral Health is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. We serve clients across home, school, and community settings, focusing on meaningful skill-building and behavior reduction strategies in natural environments.Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, schools, and communities. As an RBT or CBT, you will work directly under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans that improve clients' communication, social, and daily living skills.Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized ABA therapy in-home, school, and community settings Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs as designed by a BCBA Collect, record, and summarize data on client progress Collaborate with families, caregivers, school staff, and supervising BCBAs Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings Ensure safe and supportive environments for all clientsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred) Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) from the Washington State Department of Health. Willing to train the right candidate. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes, schools, and community locations Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments Must pass background checks and obtain any required state-specific clearancesSchedule & Locations:
Flexible hours available (weekday mornings, afternoons and evenings) Services provided in client homes, schools, and local community settings throughout the Spokane areaCompensation & Benefits:
