Balanced Caseloads :
Focus on quality over quantity with an average of 8-10 clients with only 25 billable hours required .

Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans. Supervise and mentor CBTs (Certified Behavior Technicians) and practicum students.
